Senior & Family Caregiver Resource Toolkit

toolkit cover photoWith funding from our Partners in Care project we have created the Senior & Family Caregiver Resource Toolkit. This toolkit is designed to encourage seniors and family members to work together as they plan for their older years. It is a joint project of the Normandale Center for Healing & Wholeness, Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, and the Edina Resource Center.
This toolkit can be purchased for $10 (our cost) by calling the Center for Healing & Wholeness at 952-929-1697, or you can download sections of the toolkit in PDF format here. We revised information in the toolkit in early 2008.
Partners in Care is a collaborative project with funding from the State of Minnesota, Department of Human Services.
