Parish Nurse
Meredith Holm, the Center's parish nurse arranges and coordinates health education and wellness programs. She also provides telephone re-assurance "check-ins" following hospitalizations.
Blood pressure screening is offered most Sundays between services at Normandale Lutheran Church.

Education and Wellness Opportunities
Tai Chi andShiatsu Massage
Classes and individual appointments for various wellness/healing modalities are offered at the Center by outside practitioners on a regular basis. Fees are charged to cover instructor/practitioner costs.
Center partner, Fairview Southdale, offers a Tai Chi class at the Center for stroke survivors and carepartners through the Fairview Southdale Stroke Program.

Screening and Shots
Cholesterol testing is available by appointment (supply fee charged). Flu shots are offered in the fall (fee 
charged). Blood pressure checks are offered by the Center's parish nurse and volunteer nurses.
